Will I have to do any major change after I remove my old Celeron processor, and install the new Core 2 Duo processor?

Answer
For just about 99% of computers, when you plug in your new CPU your computer will detect it on startup and make the appropriate settings. Sometimes though you might need to go into the BIOS on the computers startup, and make sure the BIOS has the CPU speed and settings set correct, but usually that is done automatically also.
