Get My Computer Working Again! - $40 - This Package is exactly how it sounds, you will get your computer back running perfectly smooth, faster with all the junk removed, and most importantly protected from viruses, spyware and just about anything else that can be thrown at it! This is very important, because if you are not well protected, then you are just going to keep on having the problem in the future, meaning the problem was never really fixed.

Computer Part Upgrades - $20 + Cost of Computer Part - This package is our affordable answer to hardware problems. While computers these day's are pretty reliable, nothing lasts forever and parts do eventually stop working. By choosing us to upgrade your computer part, you only pay a small flat fee, and the retail or wholesale price we get charged for the product. We know where to get the best deals on computer parts, and while it might take a few days for the computer part to be received, the amount of money you can save compared to buying locally is staggering.

1. First, either give us a call, send an email or fill out the form below to schedule a pickup:

2. We will then fix it within 24 hours for the rates shown above, unless of course the problem is different than originally thought. Usually every software related problem can be solved by the "Get My Computer Working Again!" package, but in some cases a new part for your computer might be required to fix it.

If you choose to have us install your new part, you will only be charged the computer part's price that we paid for it (No Markup!) along with the rate we charge for the "Computer Part Upgrade" package. The time it takes to get it done will also vary depending on the part that needs to be upgraded.

3. As soon as your computer is done we deliver it back to you at a time you can be sure you will be there, with an invoice for your payment. You can pay with Cash or Check, or online with your credit or debit card (E-Mail address required beforehand for online payment, to send invoice with a payment link to).

We DO NOT hook your computer back up for you to your monitor, keyboard, mouse, etc. because this also allows us to charge less.
